What’s Next issued the following statement regarding a circuit court decision keeping Missouri TRAP laws in place:

“Let’s be very clear: the ruling on Amendment 3 is not even close to a win. Enforcing facility license requirements designed to keep clinics closed will continue to do just that. ‘Ending the ban’ is window dressing for a ban that remains in place for abortion seekers and providers. This is what we warned about and our fears are unfolding exactly how we predicted”
